Brief Introduction

The strain sensor is composed of a full bridge circuit consisting of foil strain gauges attached to a thermally treated metal material. The sensor principle is to measure the microstrain ( △L/L) of the component by measuring the ratio of the length change to the original length.

Specifics

The strain gauge is made of high-elastic material, which is specially processed and formed. It uses high-precision resistance strain gauge as the sensing element, and is fabricated through bonding, bridging, and other processes. The sensor has high output sensitivity, good linearity, good stability, simple structure, convenient installation and use, and can be reused. It can be equipped with an extension rod to increase the gauge length of the sensor and a full-bridge structure.

Application

Resistive surface strain gauges are widely used in various steel or concrete structure surface strain measurements in engineering fields such as bridges, buildings, railways, transportation, hydropower, dams, etc., to measure the linear deformation (strain) and stress at the installation point.

Note

1.The sensor should operate within the rated measurement range.

2.The disassembly of this sensor should be carried out in strict accordance with the instructions.

3.It is strictly prohibited to remove the strain gauge together with the base before removal.

Connecting cables

3-meter four-core shielded cable (overall outlet)
